Cozy For Your Budget: How To Get Kim Kardashian Skims Look While Being Boujee On A Budget
Kim Kardashian West recently released her Cozy collection, a line of lounge wear that looks incredibly comfy, and you guessed it, cozy. I have been on a rollercoaster of emotions when it comes to this whole collection and I don’t even know where to begin. As you guys know this collection, the Skims Cozy collection, launched at the beginning of December. When I first saw it, I was just head over heels in love with the whole collection – I wanted it in every style, every colour. But girl, let me tell you, when I got to the check-out I was SHOOK.

Firstly, $52 for a fuzzy thank top?! Then again, I also wasn’t surprised, we're dealing with the Kardashian’s here. So I thought okay, whatever, I’ll treat myself. I proceed through the check out, everything’s good, I entered my shipping address and I was speechless. I don’t know why companies in the U.S. act like I am asking them to ship these packages to Antarctica. I do a lot of online shopping and no other store has shipping for $91 USD. That is like $130 CDN to ship 3 items me… Yeah, no. After seeing that I knew I had to find the perfect dupes to look boujee on a budget.
Outfit I

The first outfit I decided to try to find is this cute pink ensemble. I can imagine myself lazing around the house in this on Sunday morning with my coffee in hand and watching my favourite Netflix show. Sadly, I couldn’t find a light pink set like the one Kim’s wearing but, I found two cute white sets that looks almost identical.

Always by Your Side Set - $44.90
I was also able to find a floor length cardigan, but again, it doesn’t come in pink.

Now, the total cost for the set from Kim Kardashian’s Skims collection would be $240 compared to around $100 for one of the sets and the cardigan from HoneyBum. At a whopping $140 in savings, that's what I call boujee on a budget.
Outfit II

The second outfit I decided to try to find is this white set. It’s almost identical to the pink set but with pants instead of shorts. I figured this set might be more appropriate for our Canadian winters because who wouldn’t love to be wearing a cozy pant set in -30℃.
For this set you’ll have to buy the top and bottoms separately but it’s still significantly less expensive than the actual Skims set, and I was able to find it in white just like the image!
